Many times, we even get used to <strong>living with illness, pain, constant fatigue<\/strong>, frequent colds, heartburn, bloating, or constipation\u2026 as if these were normal, inevitable parts of the human experience. If we cling to this belief, we <strong>literally close the door to the harmony<\/strong> we all truly desire. <\/p>\n<p>Regularly observing our bodies and how they function will show us whether we are moving toward health or away from it.<\/p>\n<h2>Self-Observation<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ayurveda identifies 6 stages of imbalance, also known as the development of disease (Samprapti). To so akumulacija, pove\u010danje, \u0161irjenje, depoziranje, manifestiranje in nastanek kompleksnej\u0161ih neravnovesij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u010ce se nau\u010dimo samoopazovati in samodiagnosticirati in nato pravilno ukrepati za <strong>ohranjanje psihofizi\u010dnega ravnovesja<\/strong>, nikoli ne bomo pri\u0161li do zaklju\u010dne oz. \u0161este faze, ko je samoozdravljenje veliko te\u017eje.  \u010ce poslu\u0161amo modrost lastnega telesa in mu prisluhnemo, se bolezen ne bo stopnjevala.<\/p>\n<h2>Optimalno stanje<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Blato<\/strong> iztrebljamo vsaj 1x do 2x na dan (prvo iztrebljanje pred 7. uro brez stimulativnih pija\u010d, kot je kava). Blato je dovolj kompaktno, kot klobasa, ni preve\u010d mehko in ne preve\u010d trdo, brez veliko sluzi, brez izrazitega vonja, iztrebljamo z lahkoto, ni\u010d ne ostane na toaletnem papirju, ko se obri\u0161emo, barve so razli\u010dni odtenki rjave (izjema je, ko jemo sadje ali zelenjavo mo\u010dnih barv). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Urin <\/strong>je svetlo rumene barve, uriniramo 6x do 7x na dan, urin se ne peni, ni izrazitega vonja (razen, ko jemo specifi\u010dno zelenjavo, kot so recimo \u0161parglji).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pot <\/strong>je nesmrde\u010d in zmeren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prebava <\/strong>hrane je optimalna, brez napenjanja, napihnjenosti, kr\u010dev.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lakoto <\/strong>\u010dutimo po prebavljenem obroku in ko telo resni\u010dno potrebuje gorivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Energija <\/strong>je zadostna, po\u010dutimo se sve\u017ei, vitalni in ni drasti\u010dnih nihanj.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zbujamo <\/strong>se z lahkoto in brez budilke.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dobro<\/strong> vidimo,<strong> sli\u0161imo, vohamo, tipamo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Imunski sistem <\/strong>je mo\u010dan, nismo pogosto prehlajeni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Misli <\/strong>so umirjene, smo pozitivni in \u010dutimo polnost in lahkotnost \u017eivljenja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ko\u017ea <\/strong>je sijo\u010da, brez izpu\u0161\u010dajev, mozoljev, rde\u010dice &#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Odsotnost bolezenskih simptomov. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preverjanje zdravstvenega stanja telesa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Blato<\/strong> (vse, kar odstopa od normale, nakazuje na prebavne te\u017eave: mazavo, trdo, razpadajo\u010de blato, blato izrazitega vonja, spremenjena barva blata, kri v blatu, blato na toaletnem papirju po opravljeni potrebi, \u010de ne gremo vsak dan na blato, veliko sluzi v blatu \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Urin<\/strong> (<strong>temen<\/strong> <strong>urin<\/strong>\u2012 premalo teko\u010dine; <strong>moten urin<\/strong> \u2012 dehidracija, vnetje, veneri\u010dne bolezni, ledvi\u010dni kamni, diabetes, te\u017eave s prostato, vaginalna vnetja \u2026; <strong>barva<\/strong> \u2012 <em>oran\u017ena\/zelena\/modra<\/em> \u2013 zdravila, dolo\u010dena hrana, bakterijska oku\u017eba; <em>bela barva<\/em> \u2013 prese\u017eek kalcija ali fosforja; <strong>vonj urina<\/strong> \u2012 <em>po amonijaku<\/em> \u2013 dehidracija, <em>sladek<\/em> \u2013 diabetes, <em>neprijeten <\/em>\u2013 bakterijska oku\u017eba; <strong>pogosto uriniranje<\/strong> \u2013 diabetes, te\u017eave s prostato, vnetje mehurja, oslabljen mehur, pretirano pitje kave ali alkohola; <strong>pene\u010d urin<\/strong> \u2013 proteinuria, bolezni ledvic, po\u0161kodba ledvic \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ko\u017ea<\/strong> \u2013 kakr\u0161nikoli izpu\u0161\u010daji, mozolji (vnetni procesi, prese\u017eki toksinov, hormonske spremembe, avtoimuna obolenja \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jezik<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>obloge na jeziku<\/strong> (vnetni procesi, toksini); <strong>odtisi na robu jezika<\/strong> \u2013 malabsorpcija, \u0161ibka vranica; <strong>drhte\u010d jezik<\/strong> \u2013 zaskrbljenost, anksioznost, obremenjen \u017eiv\u010dni sistem; <strong>razbrazdan jezik<\/strong> \u2013 slaba absorpcija; brazda po celotni dol\u017eini jezika \u2013 te\u017eave s hrbtenico in \u010dustvena ob\u010dutljivost; <strong>brazda po sredinskem delu jezika<\/strong> \u2013 te\u017eave z \u017eelodcem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nohti<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>vertikalne linije na nohtih <\/strong>\u2013 malabsorpcija, slab\u0161a prebava, prese\u017eek toksinov; <strong>horizontalne linije na nohtih<\/strong> \u2013 resnej\u0161a bolezenska stanja, vnetja, te\u017eave s \u0161\u010ditnico; <strong>bele pikice in lise na nohtih<\/strong> \u2013 pomanjkanje nekaterih nutrientov (cink, \u017eelezo, kalcij \u2026); <strong>razcefrani nohti<\/strong> (lo\u010dene plasti) \u2013 ko\u017ene bolezni, psoriaza, dermatitis, ekcemi, te\u017eave s \u0161\u010ditnico, glivi\u010dna infekcija, slaba cirkulacija, vnetni artritis; <strong>grizenje nohtov<\/strong> \u2013 anksioznost, pretirana zaskrbljenost; <strong>valoviti nohti<\/strong> \u2013 anemija, lupus, psoriaza, lichen planus, Reynaud sindrom, travma; <strong>lunice na nohtih<\/strong> \u2013 \u010de so prevelike, je prisotno vnetje v telesu, \u010de so normalne velikosti, je to znak dobre prebave (na palcih je odli\u010dno, \u010de so nekoliko manj\u0161e, ampak prisotne na vseh drugih nohtih); <strong>rde\u010da ko\u017ea okrog nohtov<\/strong> \u2013 paraziti in nekatere bolezni, kot je lupus ali bolezni, povezane z vezivnim tkivom.    <\/p>\n<h2>Znaki neravnovesja<\/h2>\n<p>Tudi napenjanje, <strong>napihnjenost<\/strong>, kr\u010di, vetrovi, bole\u010dina ali peko\u010d ob\u010dutek v \u017eelodcu, te\u017ea v \u017eelodcu, pogosti <strong>glavoboli<\/strong>, prehladi, gripe, alergije, <strong>utrujenost<\/strong>, vnetja mehurja, vaginalna in glivi\u010dna vnetja, menstrualne te\u017eave, ob\u010dutljivost na dolo\u010dene snovi, slab\u0161a koncentracija, <strong>slab\u0161i spomin<\/strong>, otekanje telesa in zastajanje vode, <strong>odve\u010dna telesna te\u017ea<\/strong>, nespe\u010dnost, povi\u0161an sladkor, holesterol, pritisk \u2026 so znaki, da na\u0161e telo ne deluje optimalno.<\/p>\n<h2>Toksini (AMA)<\/h2>\n<p>Sodoben \u010dlovek danes \u017eivi v toksi\u010dni juhi in se ve\u010dinoma niti ne zaveda, da moderni na\u010din \u017eivljenja prina\u0161a te\u017eave. Vzrok je lahko: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>neprebavljena hrana<\/strong>, ki fermentira in gnije v \u010drevesju, ter je telo ne more uporabiti;<\/li>\n<li>absorbirane snovi, ki se ne porabijo;<\/li>\n<li>zastali telesni izlo\u010dki (blato, urin, znoj);<\/li>\n<li><strong>nerazre\u0161ena \u010dustva<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>krumi (paraziti, glivice, virusi, bakterije).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ko imamo nizek prebavni ogenj (agni), v telesu ponavadi nastaja ve\u010d toksinov, ki se lahko kopi\u010dijo.<\/p>\n<h2>Znaki prisotnosti toksinov<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ob\u010dutek pomanjkanja energije<\/strong>, ob\u010dutek te\u017ee, nemir, pomanjkanje motivacije, slaba prebava, sluz v telesu, akumulacija izlo\u010dkov, izguba okusa, <strong>nizek spolni nagon<\/strong>, vro\u010dina, neprijeten vonj telesa ali izlo\u010dkov, avtoimune bolezni, obloge na jeziku in zadah (lahko je tudi povezan s tonzilarnimi kamni), mentalna konfuzija, <strong>slab\u0161e kognitivne funkcije<\/strong>, napihovanje, vetrovi, vnetja, bole\u010di sklepi, visok nivo trigliceridov in holesterola, ateroskleroza, diabetes, povi\u0161an sladkor, revmatoizem, depresija, prisotnost helicobacter pylorija, kandidiaza, putika, <strong>alergije<\/strong>, \u017eol\u010dni in ledvi\u010dni kamni, povi\u0161ani jetrni encimi, glaukom, bakterijske infekcije, tumorji \u2026<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odprava te\u017eav<\/h2>\n\n<p>Velikokrat mislimo, da <strong>zmoremo sami in ne rabimo pomo\u010di<\/strong>, ampak se zaradi tega pogosto znajdemo v za\u010daranem krogu, preizku\u0161amo razli\u010dne pristope, ki jih nekje preberemo ali sli\u0161imo, kot <strong>splo\u0161ni nasvet, ki naj bi ustrezal ve\u010dini<\/strong>, sprememba pa je le za\u010dasna ali pa pozitivnih rezultatov sploh ni. Izgubljamo \u010das, voljo, smo <strong>\u0161e vedno brez energije, razo\u010darani<\/strong> in v nespremenjenih zdravstvenih te\u017eavah. <\/p>\n\n<p>Odpravo te\u017eav lahko dose\u017eemo na razli\u010dne na\u010dine.
