Hormonal issues can be healed, but just like any other imbalance, they require a holistic approach.  This means making changes on every level of our being.<\/p><p><b>Negativen vpliv \u017eivil \u017eivalskega izvora<\/b><\/p><p>Redno konzumiranje mleka in mle\u010dnih izdelkov je povezano s pove\u010danim rizikom za nastanek raka, vklju\u010dno z rakom dojk in jaj\u010dnikov, PMS, endometrioze, PCOS in drugih te\u017eav. <strong>Negativen vpliv mleka in mle\u010dnih izdelkov<\/strong> na zdravje \u017eensk je tudi povezan s prisotnostjo inzulinu podobnega rastnega faktorja <strong>IGF-1<\/strong> in visoke vsebnosti kalcija, ki zmanj\u0161a aktivacijo vitamina D, poleg tega se kalcij iz mleka te\u017eje absorbira. Za ve\u010djo mle\u010dno produktivnost kravam dodajajo razli\u010dne hormone.<\/p><p>Med naravnimi so v uporabi estrogen (estradiol), testosteron in progesteron ter nekateri sinteti\u010dni, kot so zeranol, trenbolon in melengestrol, katere krave zau\u017eijejo s pripravljeno krmo. <strong>Sinteti\u010dni hormoni<\/strong> tudi pove\u010dajo raven naravnih tudi za 20 %. Z u\u017eivanjem teh izdelkov tvegamo nastanek hormonskega neravnovesja in nastanek bolezni, ki so s tem povezane. Po TKM se u\u017eivanje mleka in mle\u010dnih izdelkov povezuje s kopi\u010denjem <strong>mraza v telesu<\/strong>, ki ustvarja prostor za <strong>razmno\u017eevanje glivic, parazitov in bakterij<\/strong> in se vedno odsvetujejo, \u010de imamo reproduktivne te\u017eave.<\/p><p>Bolj ozave\u0161\u010deni ginekologi opozarjajo, da mle\u010dni izdelki povzro\u010dajo <strong>neravnovesje hormonov<\/strong>, <strong>mo\u010dne menstruacije, te\u017eave s kilogrami, s \u0161\u010ditnico in s prebavo, dihali<\/strong> ter odve\u010dno sluzjo, kar povzro\u010da slab imunski sistem in ve\u010d zdravstvenih te\u017eav. \u010ce u\u017eivamo \u017eivila, ki vsebujejo ve\u010d ma\u0161\u010dob, zlasti holesterola in nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob in ni\u010d vlaknin (meso in izdelki iz mesa, jajca, ribe, mleko in mle\u010dni izdelki), se bo ustvarjalo ve\u010d vnetij, razli\u010dnih sodobnih bolezni, bomo negativno vplivali na na\u0161o <strong>mikrobioto<\/strong> in bohotenje bakterij, ki povzro\u010dajo vnetja. Mesu tudi primanjkujejo za\u0161\u010ditni nutrienti, njegovo pretirano u\u017eivanje pa povzro\u010da <strong>zakisanost telesa<\/strong>, kar lahko ustvarja <strong>oksidativni stres, rak, sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni, osteoporozo, artritis, \u017eol\u010dne in ledvi\u010dne kamne, propadanje zob<\/strong> \u2026<\/p><p>Zdravniki pogosto svetujejo u\u017eivanje jajc \u017eenskam, ki imajo te\u017eave z reproduktivnim sistemom, \u010deprav je ravno konzumiranje le-teh no\u010dna mora, \u010de imamo te\u017eave z miomi, endometriozo, ciste na jaj\u010dnikih, PCOS in rak reproduktivnih organov. <strong>Jajca tudi hrane bakterije<\/strong>, kot je Streptococcus, ki povzro\u010da medeni\u010dno vnetno bolezen, vnetje mehurja in ledvic, bakterijska vaginalna vnetja itd.<\/p><p>\u017divila \u017eivalskega izvora so polna hormonov, bakterij, parazitov, nekatera imajo tudi antibiotike, fungicide, pesticide, herbicide, te\u017eke kovine, aditive, nitrite, nitrate, emulgatorje, oja\u010devalce okusov, konzervanse, barvila, sredstva proti sprejemanju \u2026 Vse to negativno vpliva na na\u0161e zdravje.<\/p><h2>Naravne re\u0161itve<\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Izogibati se je treba \u017eivilom, ki povzro\u010dajo vnetja<\/strong> (mleko in mle\u010dni izdelki in druga \u017eivila \u017eivalskega izvora, sladkor, razli\u010dna predelana \u017eivila, ocvrta in mastna hrana, alkohol, kava), v nekaterih primerih soji in izdelkom iz soje, koruzi, glutenskim \u017eitom in izdelkom iz njih.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Na\u0161 jedilnik mora vsebovati veliko <strong>protivnetnih \u017eivil, veliko antioksidantov<\/strong>, ekolo\u0161kega in sezonskega sadja in zelenjave, nekaj stro\u010dnic in brezglutenskih \u017eit ter kakovostnih nepredelanih ma\u0161\u010dob (predvsem semena bogata z alfalinolensko kislino (chia, lanena in konopljina), nekaj ore\u0161\u010dkov in avokado), \u017eivila bogata s kalijem, triptofanom, vitaminom B6, E in C, magnezijem, kalcijem in cinkom.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Jesti je treba ve\u010d manj\u0161ih obrokov na dan, <strong>veliko sve\u017ee stisnjenih ekolo\u0161kih sokov<\/strong>, detox smutijev, veliko kri\u017enic (brokoli, cveta\u010da, ohrovt, zelje \u2026), kumare, bu\u010de, melone, zeleno in sve\u017ee stisnjen sok zelene stebelne, zeleno listnato zelenjavo, rde\u010do peso, borovnice, ananas, chia semena, lanena semena, orehe, ingver, kurkumo \u2026<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Vlaknine<\/strong>, ki jih dobimo v polnovredni rastlinski prehrani bodo tudi pomagale, da se znebimo prese\u017eka estrogena.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Vodo je treba filtrirati ali uporabljati <strong>neopore\u010dno izvirsko vodo<\/strong>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Ne uporabljati plastike, kemi\u010dnih \u010distil, toksi\u010dne kozmetike in li\u010dil (zaradi prisotnosti estrogenov in ksenoestrogenov), vnaprej pripravljene hrane, ki vsebuje emulgatorje, konzervanse in druge aditive, ki vi\u0161ajo estrogen.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Prenehati je treba z uporabo kontracepcijskih tablet.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Opustiti je treba kajenje<\/strong>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Odli\u010dne rastline, ki nam s svojo modrostjo pomagajo pri hormonskem ravnovesju so: <b>\u0161<\/b><b>entjan\u017eevka, navadna konopljika, dong quai (angelika), grozdnata svetilka, koren divjega jama, a\u0161vaganda, maca, \u0161atavari, kanchanara guggulu, tulsi, ginkgo biloba, ingver, kurkuma, regratovi listi, pycnogenol, svetlinovo in boragino olje<\/b>. Izbira dolo\u010dene rastline je seveda odvisna od trenutnega neravnovesja in kak\u0161no te\u017eavo \u017eelimo pozdraviti.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Telo je treba razstrupiti na celi\u010dni ravni, izvajati terapevtske oblike posta in <strong>intermitentno postenje<\/strong>. Okrepiti in razstrupiti je treba tudi jetra. Zelo je pomembno, da tudi okrepimo imunski sistem, zmanj\u0161amo vrednost estrogena in zvi\u0161amo raven dobrih prostaglandinov.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Odli\u010dne so tudi <strong>obloge iz ricinusovega olja<\/strong>, <strong>glineni obkladki, moxa terapija, zeli\u0161\u010dne grelne vre\u010dke<\/strong>, tople kopeli \u2026<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Ukvarjati se je treba s seboj, s preobrazbo notranjih programov (\u017eenske s tovrstnimi te\u017eavami se preve\u010d posve\u010dajo drugim kot sebi, zavra\u010dajo sebe in svoje \u017eensko telo in zaradi tega imajo blokade na podro\u010dju maternice in jaj\u010dnikov ter bolezni, ki so povezane s tem podro\u010djem).
